GFP Equipment LLC

Welcome to the GFP Equipment website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
The Site is operated by GFP Equipment LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("GFP," "we," "us"). We rent trailer-mounted and other field equipment to oil, gas, and water operators.
2. Rental requests are inquiries, not contracts
Submitting a rental request through the Site is a request for information and availability only. It does not reserve equipment, create a rental, or bind either party. All rentals are governed exclusively by a separate written Rental Agreement signed by GFP and the customer. Equipment availability, specifications, and rates shown or discussed are subject to change until a Rental Agreement is signed.
3. Equipment information
Equipment descriptions and specifications on the Site are provided for general reference. Actual configuration may differ. Customers are responsible for confirming that equipment is suitable for their intended use, site conditions, and the chemicals or fluids involved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation.
5. Intellectual property
The GFP Equipment name, logo, and Site content are owned by GFP Equipment LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission. Third-party trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is." GFP makes no warranty that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information on it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFP Equipment LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability arising from any rental is governed solely by the applicable Rental Agreement.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may use third-party services (for example, a form-handling provider) and may link to other websites. GFP is not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after posting means you accept the revised Terms.
